Lumpy uneven thick nails. Staff were kind but talked me out of the colour i wanted cos u would be able to see a line between the tip and real nail (i dont understand that as ive used many colours and NEVER had an issue) and burnt me with the nail drill enough to cause pain and blood on some naild. They knew i wasnt happy but still charged me $55 for sns which broke off 7 days later. My normal place lasts 3-4 weeks.
Last customer of the day before Christmas and I was rushed through, my nails were messy, and I was barely spoken to except to ask colour and length. Disappointing. Will not be back.

Will not be returning.I asked for coffin shaped nails. I did not get coffin shaped nails. They do not come to a small enough tip and one side of the free-edge is round. During hand filing the nail tech would look around the room, resulting in her filing my skin.The acrylic application was ok, but the nail is flat when there is meant to be a natural curve. The tech didn't do the design properly, when she did a wavy line she did it in two strokes and the join of the two strokes it pointy. The tech also didn't wait for the design to dry enough before putting the top coat on, resulting in horrible streak lines in the design.
