Messaged me 4 days before the trip saying it might be cancelled due to only 3 people having booked, and they would let me know tomorrow. On the site it says groups are from 3-8 cars. Despite paying in full and receiving a booking confirmation, no booking is final until you actually get there on the day. When I queried this they said it was in the small print, can't find this anywhere on the site or in the confirmation email sent to me.
An excellent service, which we highly recommend. A big "Thank You" to Narelle our driver for safely getting us to the airport in time for our flight after being snowed in and road closed for a couple of hours. She did a wonderful job.
