Your staff is very very rude. I called up today to ask a question and the line was bad. The lady who responded yelled "what the hell do you want, this is a doctor's clinic we are busy and hung up!"Now I do realize that the line was bad but there is no reason to be so rude as it was not something I was in control of.I am never calling back again.
