Steamatic were prompt and got down to the job immediately.It was a big relief to have them deal with a flood in my home. Their written recommendations for drying were completely appropriate and it would be much more beneficial to victims of events if Steamatic's assessment is provided to the homeowner by the insurer at the time the recommendations are made.
