Wonderfull staff great service
Not open on a saturday for people who work full time. Would not accept a passport photo even though i was told they would except them.... the girl that i spoke to was lovely. Its the company I give low rates for....
You go in as a kid skipping, you come out as a pensioner on a zimmer frame- that's how long you wait.
I have been there for my Driving license test. Ample parking spaces unlike vicroads offices in other Melbourne suburbs. Good experience overall.
Went there to register a car, my confirmation of sale from the person I bought it was not present but they managed to speak to the seller who then sent an email before they inspected my car and gave me my plates. Very polite and professional and helpful. Also I took some plates in for a cancelled vehicle, took a ticket to be seen (little computer at the entrance) and the same person did this for me. :-)
