Owned by Russel Summers the only review listed here giving this park any credit this rodent infested dump is unfit for human habitation and coming at a hefty price for its otherwise unlivable accommodation and disease riddled water with exorbitant and fraudulent electricity billing system already dictated by a civil court as an illegal method of charging for power bills i would not recommend this housing scam to even the most desperate homeless future victim of it. you will be charged around 200 dollars a week to have rodents infest every piece of your property breed within your mattresses and be made sick from the water that is unfit to drink all so Russel Summers can scam you money and claim he does not hold ownership of the property all whilst being called into any and all VCAT hearings concerning it as the owner. it is yet another of a scam groups accommodation setups to pray on the desperate the mentally ill and the homeless.
