-10 is my rating.If you are a landlord, do not go through these agents. My partner and I have experienced terrible service and lack of respect from this company. They Sign up tenants without first running it by us. Verbal abuse over the phone when we Question why information is not being passed on to us about perpective tenants. Having the agent speak down to my partner even after we informed her that his father had just past the day before. Then having the owner send abrasive emails and Nasty phone conversations instead of rectifying issues. There is 0 customer service 0 effective marketing strategies an 0 manners. I have never experienced anything like it as a landlord and a professional. Then having an agent refer to me as a dog when we requested our keys back. Do not use these people if you want respect and service.
If I knew it earlier I would never rented with BJ Bennett Every week they are bringing someone for a prospective new owner house inspection , never experienced such a inconvenient situation while renting . They didn't fix even a minor problem like exhaust fan , door locks etc.....One of their staff member is very rude never respects a tenant complaint and try to re transfer the problem over tenants head .Before you agree the rental contract with "B.J" ask whether the property is for sale? And most importantly ask for the reason about previous tenant vacating ?
If you have a mental illness, be prepared to be discriminated against.. As soon as my lease was up and I vacated I was treated completely different. So if you'd like to be spoken down to and like to beg for someone to stop talking to you nastily/rudley after having said multiple times u are mentally unwell, then it's the best place for you!Be careful who you deal with here! Very very careful.
had a great experience with this real estate friendly staff looked after the property really well recommended a great landlord to me and got me a great property brilliant experience would recommend them just be careful of who you deal with in this real estate one of the desk clerks is really slack but if you get the right one they are really quick i had a approval in two hours and the exhaust fan in the bathroom had no blades when i moved in they had it replaced in a reasonable time also the same with the smoke alarm and tiles in the bathroom the flat was very clean and tidy when i got the key for it and it was well presented and i had a good experience with.
