absolutely horrible been waiting over 4 months to get emergency repairs for the house door handles stopped working for the room and outside doors one internal and one external have to go in one door and out the other they have no lack of respect at all and didnt care that my partner was locked out the house when checking the mail because one of our 3 children shut the door not knowing she couldnt get back inside going to vcat now because all they do is remove things instead of fixing them heater has been disconnected by someone they sent out now no heating in the house and they have no knowledge of the handymen they send out and dont follow up with said handymen instead of fixing stuff around the house we got a sun shade put on the back door instead of fixing the door handles no cooling either this is ridiculous
My partner is dealing with these guys first impression. They don't care they are slack it took them 3 months to process an application then she got approved we had a look at the rental property it was filthy the carpets have ciggerette burns in it and the carpet is stained and smelly. And dare she ask for a condition report they replied that they are sending it in the mail and to add to that they are also telling her that she has to clean the carpet I am very sure that it is their responsibility to have the property reasonably clean so why is she responsible. Sorry no hard feelings to this real-estate. NEVER LEASE THROUGH THESE GUYS THEY ARE INCOMPEDENT.
If you trying to sell your property, please stay away from Ross. I was searching for property to purchase, called Ross for price as he only puts POA on most of his properties. He took the called said "180,200" and hung up on me, the impression I got was that he didn't give a damn about any potential buyers. So I decided not to buy any of properties that is under his name and his company. Also, I heard from a friend that He doesn't do detail backgroup check for tenent, placed someone into the property and not paid the rent at all.
Well if your going for a long term lease be aware that you may essentially become your own landlord due to the huge lack of response to repairs or replacements. An old oven full of mice finally replaced by them with another 30 year old oven full of dead mice. An electrician from airtasker.. lowest bidder, unqualified, and left the place in a state of disrepair. Holes in walls, roof etc. Septic tank overflowing, to be told that I went to the toilet too much? The multiple coats of paint peeling off walls. How can you keep anything clean when it just falls off. And you will rarely see your bond returned due to the multiple excuses. Never had an inspection! They don't care. Only for the desperate. Like other comments, avoid!
Have been dealing with Ross for 10 years now. Im the past I may have called him a mate.I recommend using any agent in Morwell except him, he is your typical sales man will sell you the dream until your locked in then drops you like a hot potato!His rental department is the same if not worst, you may as well run the gauntlet and mange the properties yourself.I have had countless properties trashed whilst under his watch. He has proven to me that he will take the first tenant that walks in the door just so he can get the management fee!Last but not least, dont let him then sell your properties once youve had enough. Prime-example him to sell my house in Fairfield St, after a month he calls me with an offer of $135k, mind you I paid $150k 7 years ago and he is well aware of this!After back and forth a few times I gave up and signed to property over to KW Property!Within 2 weeks Chris had the property sold and got me my money back, which is all I asked for.After this result I decided to move the rentals over to KW Property also. As it stands Ross is refusing to hand them over before the 28 days period which is apparently in the lease contract I signed with him.He is doing all this purposely because I took the properties away from him!I sure paints a pretty good picture of what you will be dealing with if you choose to use Ross Maddaluno Real Estate.Ross mate no hard feeling as you put it - its just business!
