Rental team are unprofessional and rude. No idea on privacy laws what so ever.
Their customer service needs improvement.
I bought a property through them, all went through smoothly. I lease the property through them and again no issues to date.
i felt as though i was discriminated against because i am unemployed by their rental department i applied for a property and got told i am not allowed too rent through this agent. the funny thing is i have excellent references and an excellent rental history so there was absolutely no reason for being declined. not recommended for rentals.
very touchy with rent having to be paid two weeks in advance at all times, even with struggling single mothers. make sure your house is spotless when they do inspections otherwise they give you a bad review for having general untidyness, even if the house itself is in perfect condition. Takes forever to get matenince fixed yet are straight onto you if rent is overdue.
